Hello from North Carolina

Hello guys,

I wanted to stop in and introduce myself. As of Friday I am a proud owner of a 1999 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, green in color with tan hardtop. I have owned several Renegades in my younger years so I am excited to finally get a Wrangler

I found your site reading about Plasti Dip and decided to join.

I bought the jeep as a weekend rider. Its in good shape with all factory except for the American Racing wheels. I want to make it look as close to new as possible. I am going to coat the unpolished aluminum rims, re-coat the bottom side of the frame and chassis with some type of coating, re color the hardtop.

I have spent a day cleaning the inside, I cleaned the seats and factory carpet. Washed the outside to determine if I need to buff the paint.

I look forward to reading the threads on this forum and gaining useful advise from the experienced members.
