Hello from snow country!

Hi, my name is Jon and I'm an addict.

*Everybody say 'Hi Jon'*

I live in Edmonton, Alberta and I have been modding stuff since I could use a wrench... and although I never owned one before, I've been around jeeps for a while. It started with my first BMX when I was nine, and there isn't a single vehicle I owned that wasn't modified to some extent. I take pride in doing all the work myself, and I love the fact that I learn from it every time.

But enough about me, I'm sure you guys (and gals) only care about my jeep. I am the proud owner of a new-to-me 1990 YJ, and I had big plans for it even before I brought it home. It's in amazing shape for a 22 year old vehicle that had to deal with our harsh winters and shows barely no rust. The down side is that the angry squirrel living under the hood (4 cyl engine) has died about 2 years ago and the jeep sat in the back of a garage until I dragged it out of there a month ago.

I'll start a build thread shortly, but for now here's what it looks like:
