HELP! tryin to build stoker ?

can anyone help me on what to do ? I have a 4.2 crank from auto zone it's new and I'm about to build my son's 99 wrangler sport with the 4.0 that has a busted piston. what do I need to know ? I have sealed power piston's with the stuff on the skirt. but is it a big deal if I use my rod's out of my 4.0 and how would it matter one way or the other? any help? I thank you for any info I can get. Thank you bamaboyz71
