hey all

well just wanted to say hi. im a long time toyota guy. im in the process of selling my truck and getting a wrangler

so hopefully if everything goes to plan, (which it never does) i will be a first time jeep owner sooner than later!

so just wanted to say hi !

Welcome!

Welcome, Spanky, to the best Jeep Wrangler forum in existence! Once you get that first Wrangler you'll never go back to Toyotas or anything else. There will always have to be at least one Jeep in the house from then on. You'll understand when you get that first one. Again, welcome!

well i still need to make that big first step into actually buying one... so does anyone have any tips and things to look out for when i am looking at a 97-2002 wrangler? pros and cons between any years? any help would be great! thanks!

do you want manual or auto?
what kind of wheeling do you do?
is this going to be a daily driver?

it has to be a manual and has to be the 4.0L

i dont do extreme wheeling, but i do go camping alot, and try to have some fun while im out. i also make it down to moab a few times a year (i live in utah)

and yes it will be a daily driver
