Hello Everyone, First off I would like to thank all of you, I have been reading these forums for months and you have helped out a great deal.
I have had my Wrangler since 2008, and sadly I have only been viewing this forum for the past few months. Only since I have started to have some aftermarket fun with my Jeep have I decided to join all you other fine Wrangler owners.
So I recently put some mods on, you are welcome to critique me, and by all means let me know if I steered myself wrong, you all know better than I. I'm new to this:
First off I wanted a little bit of lift, but not much, and it is a daily driver so I went with the TeraFlex 1.5 inch Performance Leveling Kit. I went with the Skyjacker M9000 Series Shocks (I know, not many like Skyjacker, but this was their newer product and I got a very good deal, so I figured what the hell), and the Skyjacker M9000 Series Steering Stabilizer (was part of my good deal on the shocks). I went with the AEM Brute Force CAI. I know the debate on CAI is out there, and not much proof is there for it, but it looks cool and sounds kinda cool so leave me alone! LOL! I also went with the AFE Mach Force Hi-Tuck 2.5 inch Cat Back Exhaust and I like that sound too. I did pick up the Superchips Flashpaq also, for the tune and the bigger tires. And finally I switched my wheels and tires for the Dick Cepek DC-2 rim at 16x8 wrapped in 295/75-R16 General Grabber AT2's. Yes I know it is an odd size, and it only comes in like four tires, but I have never been one to go with what is popular, and I like being the odd man out. And I love how it looks. So I am happy. There is more coming, more aesthetically, but this is just a decent start I think.
