Talking Hiya everyone

Hi how is everyone doin. I am new to hte site so figured id start here.

I have a 1980 CJ5 that i am finaly able to drive and start working on. Mattwer of fact just did the rear main seal on monday and boy was it fun

Uhh i will be putting pics of it up as soon as i get it back from the shop. I sent it in to get it checked on so i know what i need to work on next.

I havent ever driven off roading but i went a couple times with some of my buddies and loved it so am really looking forward to it. And i just so happen to live in Colorado where the trails are plentiful.

Ok Here we go some pics of the CJ nothing speacial just drove to Palmer Park here in the Springs where i live and took some quick pics. Tried to get it on a rock but wouldnt go into 4wd but i did make the engie smoke out from trying which realy sucked

not sure y it started smoking but when i popped the hood there was some fluid all over one side that was boiling off causing the smoke and the PCV hose wasnt attatched so that might be the cause. Also need to get the 4wd checked sinc eit wouldnt go in lol
