Wink Hiya from a Chic Owner from Iowa

Let me tell you all how I got the bug for Jeeps. I grew up in the country next to the Des Moines River. I have always had a love for being out in the woods where most people didn't go. I would spend countless hours hiking or taking my motorcycle up and down that river. When I became old enough to drive I would take my dad's truck. Getting it stuck many times in the mud, sand and once in the river itself. One time a guy was wheelin' in a Jeep and found me stuck to the bottom of the doors in mud. He hooked me up to his Jeep and got me out! I thought for sure I was going to have to walk home and get my dad to pull me out. But the Jeep ripped me right out! Many years later I met my boyfriend who has 4 military jeeps. After helping him with a frame up build I became very familiar with all the old Jeep parts. One day I was looking on Craigslist and saw an add for someone who wanted to trade his 95 Jeep Wrangler SE for a SUV. I looked at my boyfriend and said " I want it"! I traded my Ford Explorer and now I have my own Jeep!! My boyfriend was excited because we both are searching for parts and working on our babies. Sharing the same love!!!

And a varmint will never quit - ever. They're like the Viet Cong - Varmint Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that's all she wrote.

Thank you so much for the warm welcome!! Yes, I still live in Des Moines. A lot of Jeeps are here. It's funny how much you notice them once you have one of your own!!
