How do i get 50+ hp in my jeep?

I was just wondering how to get 50+ hp in my 2000 wrangler with the inline 6 4.0L. Hit me with anything. If you know any turbos or superchargers that would be great. thanks ahead of time

I don't know about 50 but removing the mechanical cooling fan and replacing it with an electric fan will get you a little more HP

I'm only messing with you 50 extra horsepower out of the 4.0 is possible but requires deep pockets, patience and work. You could gear it and get a lot more response to the wheels. There are superchargers for it I believe I saw one online it was a kennebell. And they claimed you could have 315 ftlbs of torque and 305hp. But thats a few grand right there not including the work(labor if you pay someone to do it) and the cost of having the computer tuned for it. You could also stroke it out. A common one is a poor mans stroker 4.6L taking the 4.2's crank and rods. They can be stroked and slightly bored to a 5.0L but thats pushing it. Personally I'm kind of curious as to what the results may be if you stroke a 4.0 to a 4.6 with all forged internals get an aluminum head port it with a 3 angle valve job titanium valves throw the kennebell supercharger on it and have it tuned in. In theory it would be a wild motor but the question is could the block take the abuse.

By the time you spend all the money on superchargers and turbos and intercoolers, and exhaust, tuning, plugs, wires, coils, more tuning, electric fans, fuel systems, intakes, throttlebodies, computer chips and all the other crap that will empty your pockets.....you could just do a budget minded Chevy small block swap.

If you dont wanna do the swap, then gearing will net you the best/most power. If you dont wanna do that...then IDK
