Hydrolocked 2005 TJ - New to forum

Hello all,
I have been making slow improvements to my jeep and still saving for a good lift, for now I only have 2.5 inch spacers and 31 all terrains. I recently submerged my front end stupidly into a deep ditch and hydro-locked my motor.
I pulled the plugs and intake out in the field. I cleaned and dried as much as I could and spun the motor with gas in the intake trying to push all water out. I waited to the next morning buttoned everything up and it started thank god.
I was able to get home and all that came on was a water temp sensor which is now cleared. I want to know now I do not see any signs of water in oil and trans and the diffs have breathers. Should I change everything anyway? What else should I change and please suggest type of oils. Thank you hope next time my post is more positive.

if u have the manual trans. then i would use syncromash made by penzoil. it is within spec for that trans n its what i used. so far so good for me. and i would use royle purple in the diffs. it also is with in spec for the axles. as far as oil i always used castrol GTX 10-30 synthetic blend with a purolator oil filter part number-PL14670. (i also have a 05 4.0 6spd)

Do you know what the deal is with the additive to the differentials? How do I know I need to add it?
