Hi, my name is Samantha. I am 23 and I just got my first car, a Yellow 2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport. I graduated college in May with a degree in Biblical Studies and a minor in Music Technology, and I recently went back to school to take an EMT course because I am on my volunteer fire dept. and I wanted to better myself for the department. Up until getting my Jeep I had a Yamaha 650 Special that I rode this summer, but I knew it wouldn't suffice driving back and forth to school during the winter. I just happened to luck out that I ended up finding my dream car. I wanted a Wrangler as long as I could remember and now I have it.
I got my Wrangler stock except for a Magnaflow exhaust system and after-market wheels and tires that are 31's. My dad and I are going to put Bushwacker flat fender flares on it as soon as they arrive, and I got neoprene seat covers and am looking at upgrading the sound system because I love music.
Welcome!!! Congrats on the Jeep (not "car" ). I like your bio. Biblical Studies....right on, sister! Music Technology....nice, I was a music major many years ago. EMT....something I've been thinking about doing, since I do a lot of wilderness stuff (hiking, camping, backpacking and of course offroading) as well as being an assistant scoutmaster for my son's boy scout troop. Enjoy!!
Yes I know, not technically a car, but ya know, my first rig other than my motorcycle. The only thing about being an EMT is you need to have a sponsoring agency, but I think it is going to be a lot of fun.
Welcome to WF. such a well rounded individual you are plus riding a 650. You rock. I too use to be a volunteer fire fighter and an EMT. Heck I still stop at accidents to render first aid......not to mention keeping a trama kit in my TJ. Have fun with your new toy.

Welcome to the forum! My 1st street bike was a 1980 yamaha 650 special II, loved that bike, it got stolen from me while I lived in Mexico. and I too just bought a 2000 TJ, it's a great model, Jeep upgraded the intake and exhaust manifold, (lesslikely to crack than previous models) and they went to a computer controlled ignition system, no more rotor cap. along with some other mods. hope you enjoy it! show pics of your jeep build. and don't forget to wave
