Jeep lover

I've had my wrangler for 6 years now and will own it forever. Just got it lifted and new rims and tires. I am having issues with rust bubbles at all the fenders. Had frant panel painted, but 3 more to go. I heard this is a very common problem with wranglers, is this true? Also I am being told to get it undercoated to help with future rust issues. Does anyone think it would be too late for this?
