Jeep Newbie!! Have some questions!!

hey, my name is alicia, im 16 and looking to buy my first car. i've been looking at the older models of wranglers, (tj, yj) and was curious if someone would be able to give me some advice on whether or not they are dependable and worth investing in for a first vehicle!!

Welcome to the forum!!! Its not a car its a JEEP!!!

The YJ/TJ are a few years old and most require some work. With that said if you find one pure stock or only slightly modified you can get a great daily driver and occasional trail rig. Both are equally fun to drive.

Go t the TJ and YJ pages her on the forum and do a little reading on some of the issues they face daily here on WF. You will have to decide which is right for you.

Warning: It's said that when ever you call a Jeep, a "car" a kitten dies.
