Four months back I had moved to the US and while searching for a used vehicle I ran into a Wrangler, next day I took one for rent and totally enjoyed the feel of the engine. Couple of months back I bought a new 2012 black Wrangler Sport, since then weekends have been quite hectic
Went Jeeping to Old Coast Road (at Big Sur), Garcia Ridge Trail, Shaver Lake at Fresno, San Francisco, Point Reyes and the beaches along CA1 highway (Santa Cruz to Pacifica).
Garcia Ridge Trail was mostly done in pitch darkness and was quite exhilarating, it did confirm the exceptionally good off road capabilities of a 2012 stock Wrangler. Planning on the relatively easy Jawbone to Lake Isabella trail this weekend. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated.
I bought a jeep for travelling long distances and also for exploring off road trails and country sides, back home I used to do that on an archaic Royal Enfield motorcycle; when I moved to the US I saw a Wrangler and I knew I had to buy a Jeep. Hoping to learn a lot about Wrangler and about off road driving from all you guys!
