Long time listener first time poster

I just bought a 90 yj to toy with. I have previously owned a 74 cj5 and a 65 cj5 but nothing this new. I hope my 4.2 is not a big pita. I just built a bumper and spare tire holder. I stripped off the ugly tube brush gaurd / deer killer and popped in a winch plate. I bought I with a busted t case and pulled that. I have a rebuilt on the way. 31s are next for the winter and a 2.5 rc lift will be ordered when they get off back order. I ts been a couple years since I had the bug. I missed it. I have a baby son and wife now and the jeep will be great for family fun. Most of my friends have jeeps too. Oh I plan on using it to commute 1000 miles every month or two for work. All my other cars are welding rigs and I'm tired of driving them as commuter vehicles. I know no t the best choice of rig for this but jeeps are reliable 4x4 rigs. Happy jeeping and see y'all on the forum.

Welcome to the forum and the YJ is challenging at times but your experience with the CJ will do great for you.
