Would you guys be wery of a 1997 Wrangler with 106K thats has a Brand new radiator and Completely Brand new Rear-End, Differentiantial, U-joints, etc??

Depends if it what you want,if so go for it. The new radiator is not a big deal most factory radiators in wrangler tend to get a leak around the top seal. most replace them with all steel radiators or oem replacement well before 106k.
As far as the rear-end being replaced ???? how did the first one get broken? Did the original owner drive the "CRAP" out of it resulting in damage?
New u-joints are also not that big of a deal.
