Smile My First Jeep

So looks like I'm a Jeep newbie, I have driven them (Uncle has an 84) he uses almost daily, but I've never had one myself.

Was always one of those fast cars type people. Moving to Western New York has changed that however, with the roads pretty terrible and mountains of snow. MOUNTAINS! My back still hurts from shoveling the driveway last year.

As of today I am the proud owner of a Billet Silver Wrangler Sport. I have a few ideas of what I want to do with it, so I shall start scouring the forums to find the most cost effective way of going about building what I want.

I think I want to get a little bigger wheels and tires, change the front bumper over to be able to take a winch and a small light bar. After that I'm not sure, probably not too many engine mods unless it makes sense, and cosmetic ones as it strikes my fancy.

I will be taking it to trails once I'm able to find some out here that allow cars. I've found ones for my bike, but nothing for the Jeep.

If anyone is up Buffalo way and they know some trails I'd be happy for the guidance.

Thanks.

Welcome. I know what you're saying about the fast cars. I've owned many. I have to say that my Jeep has been my favorite "toy" so far though.

Figured I should put a picture up of my new baby that, we've quickly grown to adore. My wife loves driving it and has made a point of waking up earlier than me so she can take it to work.
