Need Help

I recently purchased an 08 Unlimited X, and I am interested in purchasing new tires. The problem is I know next to nothing about Wranglers, or any vehicle for that matter. I am currently just driving with stock wheels and tires, but I know I want bigger tires and new wheels. I would like to stay under $2k, preferably $1500, does anyone have any suggestions? Also, I will probably rarely if ever go off roading.

Well you cant go with much bigger because then you worry about rubbing and what not. Do you plan on lifting the Jeep? If not, I would just look for some Rubicon take off's and throw those on there. You can pick those up for less than $1000 off craigslist. It will give it a more aggressive look than what you have now. If you get take off's from the newer Rubicons then they have newer style wheels which are nice.

Because this is the newbie check-in area, you may not get the answers you are looking for. I suggest you check out this forum area and post your questions there, I think you'll get a better response.
