New guy from KY

Hi, I just signed up and wanted I introduce myself. My name is Kent. Im from Louisville, KY area, and im and machinist. I recently sold my 05 Subaru Forster XT(turbo), and picked up my 05 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Its electric green, hard top, and has a 6spd manual. I like it so far other then the gas mileage sucks and it doesnt have any power. LOL
Im getting ready to do a 4" sus lift, and probably a banks powerpak.

@Bluegrass where do you normally go trail riding?
I usually go to a friends farm, but ive been to the Dirty Turtle once. I prefer DTOR. My Rubicon is stock, but it surprised me how well it went! I need to relocate my air locker compressors before I go again too. My front air locker line cracked and came off when i was at DTOR.

just got my Yj not long ago, still have to do some work on the motor, tires and lift before I am going to be able to take it out sadly. No real wheeling done yet around here. Had fun with my friends jeep when i was younger and now im just getting back into it. I have a Bought a Skyjacker 4in lift now i am looking to get brake lines, tires, and maybe a sye to put on before i am able to really hit the trails but im hoping to have it together sooner than later.

I know the mileage will be worse with a lift, but I think it will be worth it! I was just happy to hear that my Jeep didn't require a SYE and drive shaft with the lift since its a Rubicon Unlimited.
