Welcome to the forums! If you post down in the JK specific forums, I am sure folks will give you a bazillion ideas. "Custom" goes with "Jeep" sort of like peanut butter goes with jelly lol! I would suggest starting with things that make most sense based on how you plan to use the Jeep or even just look you want to achieve. Ie not much point in beefy mud tires if you will never take it offroad in real mud - that kind of thing.
