New guy in WI

Hey guys I just got a jeep. Im now hunting for some smaller tires. (yes smaller). The old owner thought it would be "cool" to run 33s on stock suspension.

Im not sure what size im looking for but thats what this forum is for.

Its a 2003 with 21,000 miles

(Pic is small I will take more later.)

Looks good, and welcome to WF. For stock suspension 31s are the biggest you can put on with out haveing problems. Is this going to be your daily driver? Most people put on BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A KOs on. They are a good tire. I had them on a 4X4 a while back. I have GoodYear Wrangler Silent Armors on my Jeep. They are doing good so far.

I dont plan on useing this as a DD. But I want to be able drive it to work if need be.

There will not be alot of offroading done. If there is nothing extreme. Im thinking the KOs will work nice. I had them on my ZR-2. Or I was thinking I would try goodyear MTRs.

Welcome!

Welcome, Caseman, to the best Jeep Wrangler Forum on the planet! Glad to have you on board. BTW, the Jeep wave is basically limited to those driving Jeep Wranglers (CJs, too). It's like a sign of the brotherhood/sisterhood of Jeep Wrangler owners. Just put a hand above the top of the steering wheel as you drive by. Unless the oncoming driver is "blind" (which I have been on occasion) or ignorant (no one;s told them), you'll get a response.
