Welcome from Jersey. We've got some great people here. Ask all the questions you want. Its guaranteed that for every one person here who can't answer it, there's at least 15 who can.

Enjoy yourself and remember to wave.

dont get me wrong--im not doing a motor swap! i'll buy another and sell this one if need be. i bought it bout 3months ago. i just had shoulder sergury 10days ago and have done a lil re-evaluating. i bought a throttle body spacer that i havnt put on yet. i think i want 35's and gonna need a bunch more power. im gonna cruse it with the top off and a (for sale )sign in it. if she sells i'll buy a 6cyl. auto. if she dont --i love er just like she is!

If you can, stick with the manual trans, but I'm assuming you want an auto because the surgery was on your right shoulder.

You're gonna need to re-gear a Dana35 to at least 4.88 to hold up to 35s. maybe even an axle upgrade to a Dana44 or an Exploder 8.8

A 4cyl with 35s spells bad trouble in my eyes. I' sure people have made it work, but you might wanna wait til you get an I6 before going with 35s

Sorry, I have to correct myself.

re-gear to 4.56, not 4.88
