New, in AZ

Stumbled onto this site, researching info on my '02 APEX. I'm hoping to glean as much info, as things arise, from any expericed folks on-site. Looking forward to doing some reading, too.

I've done some off-roading jaunts in the past in a '72 FJ40; '96 Pathfinder; '03Expedition and believe it or not, my '06 Navigator (only on Forest Roads). We've only owned our Wrangler since April '09, but we've logged a decent amount of miles in that time, getting used to Wrangler-dom; way different than my '06 Navigator....and for good reason. Our Jeep resides at our mountain house, so opportunities for excursions are not as simple as walking out the front door. That's okay, though.

Anyway, looking forward to learning and getting out and wheeling.

Thanks,

Bill

We have a place in Prescott, where we keep our Jeep. Was in Fossil Creek Wilderness in October ('bout halfway between P & P). Lots of nice trails up north. Maybe see you out and about.

Thanks for the welcome.

Camp Verde's just over the mountain (Mingus) from our mountain retreat (wish we lived there). See you at "The Spirit Room", if it's still there, sometime, or Woodchute Trail.

I don't make it over there that often, but if and when I do, I'll let you know.

I didn't know there were goats in the FC area. Where's your kitchen? We're in "The Valley", maybe stop in and try some of that cheese - love the goat cheese.

^ RBN, did you see any goats there? The Fossil Creek Wilderness is an amazing place. Totally beautiful and great swimming and picture place. How did your Cats do against the Huskies, today?

No goats. We actually hiked up a couple miles, and got in the river and flowed down with the current, it was really sweet except for the occasional big rock haha. It was awesome though

The Cats didn't do too good... lol
