New in Mississippi

Well after taking a long break from having a "TOY" so to speak I have ventured into the Jeep world for the first time. I have a long history with cars, mainly the Dodge Charger SRT and Chrysler 300 SRT family. I have my charger fully built and rockin about 800 rwhp.

I have purchased an 07 wrangler x unlimited and already have put a rough country lift, 35x12.5 tires and 20 in wheels! I have alot more that I want to do with this and hope to be able to learn things about the Jeep here on the forum.

I guess my first question is this, do any of the programmers/chips that are available totally delete the traction control system? With the lift and bigger tires this thing won't let me even go off of an exit ramp without pumping the brakes and trying to take control. I feel that it is actually even more dangerous to have to fight the ECU versus just being careful and driving like I know how.

TIA

Blake
