New in Westchester County

Second Jeep, first that I'll actually build.

Recently relocated to Westchester County, NY from Wrightsville Beach, NC.

Usual culture shocks aside, having difficulty finding a decent (read: not a Chrysler dealer) wrench shop that will help with basic installs. I'm limited in workspace at the house, so I'm looking to use a reputable shop. Good rep trumps cost, IMO, but cost is a consideration as well.

I'm in Eastchester, so close to Tuckahoe/Scarsdale is a bonus.

Will be installing an AEV 2.5" lift and TBD wheels/tires (leaning towards the Argent Pintlers and 33" Cooper Discoverer AT3). Might do the ARB front/rear bumpers at the same time as well. This is a daily driver, but will be doing some mild trail rides upstate in the summers.

Recommendations for a shop in Westchester?

Thanks in advance for the help!

A big hello to a fellow Westchester jeeper. Welcome to the forum

I work in white plains and live in north westchester. I am working on my jeep these days but once that is done I will be happy to lend you a hand with your jeep.

There are not many shops per se in westchester. There is EVB in Danbury. They have a good name but the quote that I got from them for installing a DPG offroad ultimate kit was border line crazy. After a lot of thinking I decided to do it myself. I am done with the body lift and MML, working on the suspension right now (broke all 4 rear shock bolts ) hoping to be done in the next couple of weeks.
