New jeep owner!

I got a 95 YJ, 2.5l 5 speed, and it's got a little bit of lift (not exactly sure how much) and 31s or 32s I think. Unfortunately the previous owner lifted it wrong and made the ride all rough and bumpy, so I need that fixed

haha well more so than usual. They did a suspension lift, and I was told there's something in the front that too far forward is free floating that shouldn't be, so when I go over even the tiniest bumps at anything more than like 20 mph the entire front end sways and bounces. Trust me, I like a loud, bouncy jeep as much as anybody, but there's something that needs fixed!

P.S. I know I'm being vague and possibly incorrect on names of parts and terminology, but I'm still sorta coming up to speed with all this. And my friends dad is a mechanic who does all his own stuff to his 02 tj and he said he would take a look at it.
