Thumbs up New Jeep owner and WF member

Hey all, just wanted to introduce myself to the community.

I'm originally from the Seattle area and moved to central PA a couple years back for work. I really like PA and expect to be meeting many of you in the area relatively soon.

Over the weekend I purchased my first Jeep, a Wrangler TJ 2002, 4.0L with 5MT. It's a black Sahara edition and for the most part very solid. I have sought after Jeep ownership for years now and finally bought one. While she won't be my DD, the Jeep is already my favorite vehicle.

At 150K miles on the chassis & drivetrain, I expected some repair and maintenance issues ahead. Unfortunately it only took 2 days of driving her to watch an ignition problem develop from minor to major/svc affecting condition. I will make a separate post detailing the issue and asking for some pointers. I knew the Jeep would have some problems but I own those now. I'm sure I'll get it sorted out!

Anyways, cheers to all and I'll look forward to seeing you around on this forum.

Elliot
