Welcome, im new as well. The only advice I can give now is once you get the hang of driving a manual, it'll feel more natural than an auto. It gives you a better sense of control. You'll have it down in no time.

When I picked up my 6p a few weeks ago, I hadn't driven a manual in over a decade. But after a few weeks I can tell you that its very natural.

Protip: Figure out what good habits you want to have while driving the manual (like downshifting during deceleration) and force yourself to do it starting out. Before you know it, it will become second nature.

Welcome!
