New Jeep owner needs advice

Just took delivery of my first Jeep a 2012 Unlimited Call of Duty fully equipped. I have two things I would appreciate help with:

*the dealer who sold me the Jeep was easy to deal with and I was satisfied with the purchase BUT they were honest in letting me know that they did little in the way of after market customizing. Can anyone direct me to a dealer who can help? I want to add a winch and make sure i have adequate under body protection as well as change the exhaust.

*initially I would like some experience on very moderate dirt roads. Can someone provide information on where I can find areas to begin as close as possible to where I live in Westwood, MA?

I am looking forward to receiving some help from the more experienced Jeep owners.
David
