New Jeeper w/urgent classic wheel size question

So I bought my first jeep, a JK sport w/16" steel wheels and only options being connectivity and auto trans. I intended to upgrade the wheels and found an awesome craigslist deal for a brand new set of 2013 Sahara take offs for $500. I have the guy planning on coming (delivery to boot) tonight and am suddenly overwhelmed with whether or not I'll be ok. I called my dealer who said I may have "shift point issues" going from one to the other and that they "may be able to reprogram my TCM" for $150. Am I going to have problems? Should I call it off? I figure worst case buy them and sell them for at least what I paid. Please help!!!

Welcome.... They should fit just fine, maybe calibrate it to the new wheel size....Good luck.

You can always get an AEV ProCal. For $150 you can get a programer that can reset your shift points, re-calibrate your speedometer for new tire sizes, change your tire pressure settings as well as a few other things.
