New live in NH

I recently picked up an 89 yj that runs drive and runs well for 100 bucks lol need a little body work i have 2 brand new fenders going on it and I am going to do an axel under spring conversion and she in going to be painted camo. I am going to sound like the biggest newb for asking this but the clips on the brakes those stupid anti-vibration things are confusing the help out of me as to how the go on.

and welcome from new england, where in NH are, you up north, near the coast, near the whites?
you will probably want to ask your question in the Yj forum as well to get some more responses.
