New LJ owner in Idaho!

I just bought a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited. It came with Incubus 16" wheels and Mastercraft 315/75R16's on all four corners.
Thats the problem the spare a a little stock tire. I have a high lift jack on order along with a spare repositioning kit for a 35" tire.
I need to get a proper spare. I want to get a matching wheel do I have to remove a stock wheel to get at the backspacing and width?
The Jeep has Incubus Offroad (511) 16" wheel I think its only offered in a 8" width and a -6 offset? I wish I knew for sure so I could get one ordered without having to pull a wheel???

Could I use a stock 16" wheel with a Mastercraft 315/75R16???
