Hi I am new to the whole forum thing so i may need some help. I got a red 95 wrangler back in June along with my license i love them both. I put some Dick Cepek black DC-1's and BFG M/T's all around they are 30's and rub over a speed bump. I need some lift of course I want like 3.5" but mom and dad want more like 1.5" to clear the wheels but they dont understand.

Welcome, as long as it's not a body lift that your wanting 3.5" on then you should be fine with 3.5" How old are you btw?

haha me2!
i suggest the 2" lift by rusty off road, ill get the link in a minute
i had the same problem convincing my dad it was ok to get a lifted jeep b/c he thought they would roll,
my suggestion is to look on craigslist.org or at the dealers and look at one with lift and have him drive it and see that a little 2" lift wont do anything!

onyl 2" to make him happy, but new coils and shocks and wont really od anyhtign to your driveline angles or other things

rusty's is also known to be softer than stock which is great!!

I like the 2.5" Pro Comp lift I guess I can settle for less. Will this make it noticeably top heavy.

nahh not at all
i have 6 inches of lift and 35s and i notice some body roll, but the sway bars do a good job, and you cant be dumb and take 90 degree turns at 50 mph, you will learn to make big arcs and then not even feel any role adn amke the turns going like 40
and with jsut a little lift it will be even less

Welcome!

Welcome, Tucker, to the best Jeep Wrangler forum in existence! It sounds like you're already understanding how different it is to have a Jeep than any other vehicle in the world. Like the bumper sticker says, "It's a Jeep thing; you wouldn't understand." Bless your folk's hearts but they don't understand. Raise the money for your conversion on your own and it'll be a whole lot less hassle.
