Definately new to the site. Have had a couple newer jeeps and figured its about time to step it up so i picked up an 87 YJ. The intentional purchase of a rust bucket for the purpose of learn as you go auto repair. Not an easy task. Now on the hunt for a MAT sensor for this 2.5 L 4 cyl. Anyway i am sure ill be frequenting the site regularly looking for advice and parts. Hopefully will get in on the road and in the woods in a few weeks, parts permitting.

Welcoome to the forum and I will see you on the YJ page. That is a pretty challenging project Jeep but you will love the simplicity of the YJ and the great powerhouse the Mighty 2.5L. Love my 89 and have a blast wheeling in style.
89 2.5 TBI, 4" RC lift, 1" Booms, SYE, Adams Driveshafts front and rear, Ford 8.8 with 4:88s, BFG 33X12.50X15, and a ton of other stuff.
