Lightbulb New member in North Texas

I have had my current yj for more than 5 years and he is just getting to 150,000 miles. I know the engines last to 300,000+ I been told. I prefer the straight 6 easy to work on - but have not had any engine problems. Just replacing fuel filter in gas tank has become ruteen. I can do it in 45 minutes on off now!! Yeah me!!

Any way to make these filters last longer?

Welcome to the forum! I am new to the forum also and I just purchased a '94 YJ. Sounds like I can learn a lot from you since this is my first Jeep.

Since this is the newbie check-in area, you may not get the answers you are looking for. I suggest you check here YJ Jeep Wrangler Forum - Jeep Wrangler Forum and post your questions there if you can't find the answers.

In the mean time, I just want to say . . .
