How you doing?
I have been to Jackson Meadow many times.
I have hunted all over the mountains around there and Weber and Meadow lakes.

Meadow Lake is the trail head for the annual Sierra Trek run.
That is a great time.
The trek runs the Fordyce Jeep Trail.
One of my favorite.

Just south of there on I-50 is the Rubicon; another great trail I have run several times.

Jacksom Meadows

I dont know the the name of the lake. But It has a Granite dam and is full of native trout. I have yet to take a deer out there, but it is worth the trip. If you head back towards Jackson Meadows but take a left a few miles before. I think the sign was for white rock lake.

I was on the Carl Vinson out in the gulf in 94. Between the two wars.

God Bless ya out there. Todd.
