New Northern Virginia Jeep Owner!

I have been wanting to make this post for about 11 years now! I sold my first 1994 Jeep Wrangler back then and have been wanting another ever since. I finally pulled the trigger on Saturday. Let me introduce the newest member of my family. Mr. Gecko Green Rubicon!

When this color first came out, I was in love. I poured over all the local dealers but could not find the one that had the options and price that I wanted. So I broke down and decided I would just order one. I found out the hard way that they no longer made this color! I was distraught and thought my look was over for the Gecko Green. As I tried to figure out what color I wanted next, I drove by this one lingering on a local lot. Pulled over to take a look at it and it had everything I wanted! I really wanted the black top, but since this came with the dual top package and I made the sacrifice! lol

I can't wait to get this thing out on a trail and give it a good run. I also can't wait to start compiling a list of things I want to do to it!!!

I will keep this short. If anyone in the NOVA area is down for a meet up or something, I am game! I can't wait to be part of the community!

This little guy was hitching a ride yesterday...

Took the front half of the the hard top off today and took a ride. Man I have missed having a Wrangler! The rest of it is going to come off when my buddy shows up. Gotta get that soft top out of there!

Welp, got the top off and the soft top out. Took a ride with the top off, what a blast. Started clouding up and sprinkling. So put the hard top back on. Was great fun while it lasted!
