New to Jeep World! 97' Wrangler Sport Huntsville, AL

I just picked up this 97' TJ for cheap! Any ways.. Here's some crappy pics right before it was taken to the transmission shop.

I don't know much about Jeeps just yet. I got started in the off-road world through my DD (2007 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport) and it is modded through and through! I finally realized its limitations as a DD and its IFS setup.. So I needed a trail rig if I was going to be dependable to work and do good off-road! So here came the idea of the Jeep (not to mention my buddy "lifesaflaw123" on here just talked me in to getting a Jeep). I am very familiar with a lot of off-road terms and I am definitely not new to wrenching.. If you can wrench it or lube it I can most likely do it! Fab work isn't my strong suit only because I don't have room to facilitate the hobby at the moment.. But it I should be able to by this time next year! Anyways.. I filled in my profile to help speed this up but just in case you don't want to read it..

Lift: 4" Superlift Standard lift (Worn out)

Bumper: Unknown...

Well really.. Anything else I don't know much about due to the fact that I haven't been able to investigate it too much since it is in the shop.. but the 32rh is being rebuilt and adding a Medium Duty Cooler to it (not sure the brand)..

But if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to voice your opinions! Always open to advice and wisdom! Please don't be too hard on me.. I don't know much about this and I already know I'm in for an overhaul! I did not build it this way and am fixing it the proper way so please keep the negative comments about me out of it!

Hope you enjoy!! :cheers2:

You'll learn about your Jeep here, that's for sure. Congrats on the new rig, and welcome to WF!

Welcome Alabama! You've come to the right place for TJ expertise...I am new myself and have picked up a lot of info from these folks. They are slightly crazy and way obsessed about Jeeps!
