New to me- 90 Wrangler with 'issues'

Just wanna throw this out and see if anyone has experience or advice.

Got a 1990 Wrangler, 4cyl and 5 speed. 125,000 orig miles. Electrical issues= no lights on gauges or power to the radio. All fuses are ok, and I don't know what to look for next.

Mechanical-
with it's first full tank (14 gallons) I was able to only get about 150 miles. Having the TBI rebuilt- I guess we'll see what happen there. What's the average mpg on this vehicle?

tranny grinds going into second

an inspection of the brakes discovered a bad rear wheel cylinder, and a set of soaked shoes on the drivers side.

If anyone has insight or advice on the electrical issues and/ or the tranny, I'd be grateful.

I don't know about the electrical issue, but your trans sounds like it has a synchronizer going out. (or sticky) Try posting your questions in the YJ tech area. You'll be more likely to find your answers there.

Welcome to WF.
