New to YJ. Not to Jeep.

How's it going. Just got a 95 YJ last week. Just got 12 inches of snow. Just found out my 4X4 is running like a 2X4. If you can help, visit my thread in the YJ section. Basics: 2.5L,NP231,Stock axles,33X12.50/15's.
Not so basics: 2WD works great. Replaced actuator, tripped the collar, still got nothing. But hey, I am already fond of this money pit.
