New user tire question

Hey there I'm new here and have a question. I have a 2008 wrangler X and am planning on putting a 4 inch coil lift by rancho and 35 inch tires on it. Is this going to be a problem with the gearing?

You'll notice a drop in power from the standard gears going up to that tire size. Most recommend a re gear when you move to 35+. There are a lot of threads about this so you may want to check into them here on the WF. Oh, and post pics when you do your lift!!
