Hey, I am new to the whole Jeep deal. I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler X JK 2DR soft top all stock with a 6speed. I am currently living in upstate NY in Plattsburgh. I am a student here at SUNY Plattsburgh studying Physics.

I am currentky in the market for some stock OEM MOPAR running boards, trailer hitch reciever, and tow hooks for the front and rear drivers side corner of the jeep.. Please let me know if anyone local has any of these!

Also interested to learn any of the jeep tricks and secrets needed to survive. Also anyone that knows of any wheeling in the adiorandack region let me know!
Thanks! Dan

Welcome Dan. Not sure about wheeling in that area but I know a lot of NY jeepers come down to Rausch Creek in PA. For supplies I'd check out Quadratec.

Hi Dan - just joined in 12-2012 - am located in West Chazy - about 8 miles northwest of Plattsburgh - am interested in off-road as a beginner - am on my 6th Jeep (!!), but only recently became interested in off-road - acquired a 2013 Sahara 2-door a few months ago - reply if you'd like to get together - my name is Dan also.
