Greetings from the heartland of Florida. After driving a truck or sports car for the better part of my driving life last weekend I went out and bought a new Jeep. I bought mine after much research. I saw a 2012 Crush 2dr at Courtesy Jeep in Tampa while driving by and swung a quick u-turn to give it a look. It had the options I had on my must have list (6sp, hardtop, 3.73, tracloc, towing package.) After a lengthy test drive I knew I had to have it. $100 under invoice and more than I was expecting for my truck later and I drove out in it. After riding and driving several older jeeps (pre jk) I was amazed at how well mannered it was on the road. It drives as well as my 06 Dakota 4x4 I traded in and is just as quiet. I knew what to expect from the motor as it is in my wife's Journey but with the 6sp it really shines. 600mi in the first week and I cannot stop grinning when I drive it. Lots of jeep owners in my area and I figured out the jeep wave real quick. I get allot of looks and allot of compliments about the color. I already did the marker and soundbar mods. My buddy helped me cut off the 3rd light. After a little grinding, some wrinkle paint, and a new 3"led light & bracket it looks like it should have from the factory. I've got lots of plans for the future but they will come slowly to keep the wife from getting pi$$ed about spending money. I'm looking forward to finding some places to ride and some people to ride with within a few hours of Sebring.
