NewB looking for some help

Hey all,...just joined up in hopes of finding some help for an old wrangler I just picked up.......Ive been a jeep enthusiast for years but never had the need to look for advice online until now.........I just picked up a 95 Wrangler 4 cyl, auto........This is my second Wrangler, my first being the 93 in my Avatar picture.............Anyway trying to find some advice/ help adjusting the transmission bands on the 95.......I just did a transmission fluid and filter change. I also adjusting the both transmission bands. I dont have much experience with automatics but adjusting the bands fixed one problem but created another........Reverse is all bound up and when the vehicle is started it wont even coast in neutral......Anyone have any knowledge in this area? any help would be appreciated! thanks all.
