Newbie!!

hey everyone. i just found this board, hoping to get some good info from all you guys

i have a 2003 tj x freedom edition. haven't done a whole lot to her yet really. got a new soft top for her, a set of 31" tires, and a 2" body lift that i haven't had a chance to install yet. not sure what else i'm going to do to her. i haven't worked on the tj a lot because i spend most of my time playing with my dodge neon srt-4.

well that's about it....if anyone is in the lower westchester, ny area hit me up! i haven't found many jeepers around here.....

I think Tiny's Jeep is silver too. How kool is that? You guys have tons in common. What year is your neon? That looks pretty nice compared to the earlier models.

thanks

my neon is a 03, but it's not a regular neon, it's the srt-4 version so that's why it looks different. turbos are fun. i'm actually debating throwing a s/c on my tj too.....i believe that everything should have forced induction lol

Psi,
I work for Columbia University and I am on a seismic research vessel. The vessel is basically a massive sonorgram machine, we do 3d images of the ocean floor. we also do other oceanographic exploration but the main design capability is doing 3d seismic research. I do not do tha actual research I am a technician that supports the scientific community. I dig it, pays not bad I have been every where except Austrailia. and I only work 6-7 months a year off the rest with pay. Only problem is when I am away I am AWAY usually in the middle of no where, way off any shipping lanes. What new job are you applying for?
Cheers,
Bern

But keep in mind, Jeeps weren't made to go fast. I sold my Mustang Cobra to buy my Jeep.

I agree with her.. everyting should be boosted in one form or another. BUt you have to know I used to work around modded imports alot and I have to rib you a little bit about owning a Neon. We used to have a saying... "you can run 12's in a neon, if you dont mind being covered in oil at the end..." j/k... Had a buddy in Daytona who had teh fastest SRT/4 in the state of Fl for a while... I just prefer RWD.
