Newbie from El Campo, TX

Greetings all, as you can see I'm new to this group so therefore I might ask questions that have probably been asked months ago. I'm a transfer from Dodgeforum.com having owned a 1998 Ram 1500 4X4 for years. I'm familiar with how the site works but I've only owned 1 Jeep prior to this one and got rid of it quick. I own a 2011 Jeep JK Sport with a 6-speed standard. I hate the gear selection (3:21) and the low power out-put(202HP). This thing dies on overpasses and in the wind. I would love to keep it but if I can't find a fix I'm out. Any help with this issue would greatly be appreciated.
