Newbie from the NW US

Hey there all. Relatively new to Jeeps; have had a 2011 JKUR and a short while later upgraded to a 2012 JKUR. Really wanted the new motor, tranny and brakes.

Previously used to run mostly heavily modified Toyotas; last one was a full frame off conversion w/1-ton running gear, custom suspension on 1-ton gas drivetrain with lockers and dual gear boxes. But love the solid axles and great interior (not to mention light weight and maneuverability) of the Jeeps and became a convert!

Since getting the 2012, have done tires, wheels, 4.5" lift, shocks (twice, didn't like the first ones that much), front bumper, winch, lights, onboard air, etc. Love the rig! Now that I know what I've been missing it would be one tough haul to ever have to go back to the rice burners.

Great to see such a warm and friendly forum!
