Hi Guys, I am robertWillys, and I have a 2005 Willys TJ (yeah, the one with the big star on the hood) with a 6 inch lift kit, 35 inch wheels with mudders on them, Nth Degree Armour on the guts underneath, Dana 44's with airlockers on front and rear, warn 9000i winch and a wad of other goodies onboard. I got a real good deal on this one, and plan to wail the ever lovin out of it .. LOL ..
I hope I can learn some tips on this site, as the last jeeps I owned were a CJ and a 3b type 4 cyl. Actually, I was looking for another 3b, but came across this one for sale cheap. so what the heck, I went and got it.
A quick question .. how well do ceramic brake pucks work on Jeeps like mine? Any opinions, pls let me know. It has the AEV oversize front calipers with pucks that are still good, but the rears are getting close, so I need to replace them.
Thanks for any info in advance.
Will cook up some pics shortly .. is raining big time and my camera has an allergy to getting wet. Any comments on the ceramic brake pucks in the rear, PRO or CON .. want to have some expert advice before I plunk down the money to get them.
