Newbie here from ky

I'm getting my first jeep in about two weeks I drove it yesterday and it rides like a dream it's a 92 yj and I'm looking to do some mods but I need to know if I need to look out for any problems or anything I'm open ears to suggests and any help I can get!! Also looking for other locals to ride with!

hello and welcome from carter county.
i got a 92, check that frame before you buy it(rust)--look at it real close ,a trick they can and do is fill in the rotted frame with spray foam shave it down and then undercoat the heck over it-----dont ask me how i know--lol

is it on a lot or do you know the seller...
if you can post a thread of it on the yj board with pics. and list of mods. if any are on it.. there are alot of great people here eager to help out..

x2 on the frame. Ditto on the floor boards, so pull the carpet up if it still has it to check.

Yea I'm buying it from a close family friend iv known for years iv had many rides in it my self and it's bone stock with 31s on it I'll post pics up shortly all it needs is a new soft top
