Newbie Looking for Advice w/ Lift Kit

Hi guys,
Newbie on the forum. I've come across this site a few times doing simple Google searches and I finally decided to join. I have a 2008 Unlimited X and with the Holidays coming, figured I could start making a list of things to save up for. I am looking for 2"-3" lift suggestions. I know these are tough to do without breaking the bank. Coil spacers were suggested by a friend, but it seems like a halfway fix. I take it off road every now and then, just on my uncles farm land and woods, nothing too strenuous or demanding of high performance.
Any advice or suggestions anyone has would be very much appreciated.
Thanks very much, Cheers.

Welcome Aboard! For your offroading, coil spacers should be fine.
