Newbie with a 2002 TJ

Got myself a TJ to use as a toad behind my motor home. (That is my official excuse). When it have been sitting for 1 or 2 weeks, without being started, there is a puddle, about a table spoon, with transmission fluid on the ground. Looking at the stick, it shows way over the max mark. If I drive it about every two days, level normal, and no puddle. Any ideas out there?

Welcome to the forum! you might get better responses if you posted your question in the TJ technical thread section! My guess would be without any visuals of course is your differential seal may need replacing...
